About this role
An opportunity has arisen for a graduate to join a successful and well established development team based in Exeter. The Team provides land agency, development consultancy and valuation services to a broad range of clients through the South West peninsula. The role will relate to a wide geographical area, from the tip of Cornwall in the far South West, through to Somerset and Dorset to the north and east.
The Team in Exeter comprises three directors, two associates and admin support. Exeter is a medium sized multi-disciplinary Savills office of approximately 40 employees.
Regional graduates are fixed in one team. Development graduates in regional
teams will have the opportunity to obtain experience in a range of specialisms
and will obtain the required experience for the APC from the Development role
along with time spent working within relevant multi sector project teams.
