Current Team Information
Our sector-leading Affordable Housing Division is multi-disciplinary Division offering a broad range of services including asset management, stock sales, business planning, development, regeneration, surveying, valuations, treasury and debt advisory. We work with Housing Association’s, Local Authorities and other Key stake holders in the sector.
About this role

As a graduate, you will have the opportunity to rotate within each of the five teams in the Affordable Housing Division, obtaining a wide range of experience towards your APC. You will be exposed to clients from the outset and given the opportunity to build your network both internally and externally working with market leaders.
ROTATIONS
The affordable housing rotation may include rotations within the following teams:
General Consultancy - Asset management, Stock rationalisation
Development and Regeneration - Development appraisal & valuations, Project management
Surveying and Procurement - Surveying, Delivery of large projects
Valuation - Loan security valuations, Buy/sell site advice
Treasury and Debt Advisory - Financial consultancy, Fund raising/advice

Training

You will have an APC supervisor and counsellor who support and guide you throughout the two year training programme.
