The Sandwich Placement provides students the opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of the industry, market and Savills teams and clients, contributing towards your APC experience.
Role title: Sandwich Placement Student – Surveying (Commercial, Residential and Development)
Start date: September 2026
Salary: £27,500 / £25,000 (dependent on location and the Cost of Living)

- Leeds – Housing Valuation – the team undertake valuations of portfolios of social housing properties across the UK. Working with a range of clients, primarily providing advice to banks and investors but also working closely with Housing Associations and Local Authorities on a consultancy basis. Your role will involve modelling valuations, attending client meetings and events, carrying out inspections around the country and report writing.
