Role title: Planning Sandwich Placement Student – (September 2026 start)
Salary: Regional Salary: £25,000

About this role:
The Savills Sandwich Placement provides students the opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of the industry, market and Savills teams and clients. You will be in a fixed planning team and will gain experience working on a range of projects alongside industry experts within Savills.
With over 300 planners across the UK, we are the largest planning department in any mainstream real estate practice with a reputation for success and professionalism. We work with all types of property, but have specialisms in urban mixed use, housing, retail, major sports venues, energy, master planning, urban design, environmental impact assessment, community engagement, heritage and Section 106 agreements/Community Infrastructure Levy.
Sandwich placement students are provided with the opportunity to obtain experience in a range of specialisms to gain a thorough understanding of the industry, market, Savills internal teams and clients - which prepares them for APC and becoming a real estate and planning professional.
