About the team:
Our Property Management division is made up of both Prime and Core teams, with more than 90 dedicated specialists managing a portfolio of over 6,200 properties. Our property managers and team leaders play a crucial role in delivering a smooth, supportive journey for both landlords and tenants, ensuring exceptional service at every stage.
Purpose:
We are looking for enthusiastic apprentices ready to kick-start their careers in Lettings! Based at our Richmond Head Office initially, you’ll work closely with our experienced lettings teams to gain hands-on exposure across multiple departments during your first year. This unique opportunity offers practical experience, valuable industry insights, and structured training to help you stay ahead of evolving legislation and best practices. Head office rotations will include our Tenancy Progression, Client Accounts, Property Management and Renewals teams, and placements with coordinators in local branches will depend on your proximity to the office.
Day to day duties:
• Support local lettings teams with landlord onboarding in the role of Lettings Coordinator
• Send out paperwork to landlords and ensure properties are fully compliant before marketing
• Handle all incoming phone calls with the highest level of professionalism
• Create office marketing materials and property brochures
• Provide applicant and client care in line with company procedures
• Organise and carry out viewings when a negotiator is unavailable
• Assist department managers with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
• Process incoming post, supplier invoices, and service charges
• Manage utilities by liaising with utility companies and contractors
• Oversee tenancy progression, ensuring timely and accurate documentation, including tenancy agreements, invoices, and deposit forms

Training:
Level 2 or Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship depending on previous experience.
On the job training is provided to ensure all the required knowledge and experience is obtained throughout the apprenticeship to qualify successfully.
We will provide the full suite of Savills training programme including mandatory health and safety and office training, as well as specific training relevant to your role.
We ensure that your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is current and that all staff are fully up to date with changes to legislation and business needs.

Working Week:
Five full days in the office, working hours 9:00am to 5:30pm. One of these days each week will be dedicated to apprenticeship studies.
Assessment for this role:

• Online Assessment – SHL (will be sent on application completion and will need to be completed by 12pm on Monday 16th February)
• Screening call & Presentation (between Monday 9th March – Friday 13th March)
• Assessment Centre & Interview – Friday 10th April in London Head Office (33 Margaret Street, London, W1G OJD)

Entry requirements:
GCSE English and Maths at Level 4 (Grade C) or above is a mandatory requirement and you may not apply if you are currently studying for or already have a degree.
