Salary: £27,000 and £1,000 sign on bonus

As a graduate on the rural pathway, no one day is the same. In a typical day, a rural graduate could be out walking boundaries and inspecting crops, dealing with residential, commercial or agricultural landlord and tenant issues, carrying out property refurbishments or negotiating terms for access agreements and easements. The breadth of experience that Savills graduates obtain is second to none.
The Edinburgh Estate Management team is a friendly, supportive, and fun team of seven. As a graduate Surveyor based in Edinburgh, you'll gain hands-on experience working on interesting Estates across Scotland and North Northumberland. You'll collaborate with colleagues from a wide range of disciplines, including energy, residential development, leisure and valuation, giving you exposure to diverse projects and helping you build a well-rounded understanding of the rural property sector. With a varied workload, strong mentoring, and excellent career development opportunities, you'll be encouraged to grow your skills, take on responsibility, and make a meaningful contribution from the off.
The Winchester Estate Management team combines a strong, successful output with a genuinely enjoyable team culture. As a young and ambitious team, we work closely together across a varied client base ranging from private estates to charities and institutional investors. Regular collaboration, mentoring and social events help create a supportive environment where people can develop both professionally and personally.
The variety of work undertaken provides an outstanding grounding for APC candidates, exposing them to a broad range of rural surveying disciplines and helping them build the technical and commercial skills needed for qualification and beyond. Whether starting as a graduate or progressing through the profession, team members benefit from responsibility, client contact and opportunities to work on some of the region's most interesting rural portfolios.
Winchester has been one of the South region’s highest performing offices for a number of years and this has come with the opportunity to get involved with exciting projects. We are regularly producing strategic asset reports, considering the feasibility of converting disused agricultural buildings, facilitating development opportunities and much more. The role not only offers the ability to build a good grounding for the rural profession but also find specific areas of interest that will benefit your future career. Training:

As a graduate, you'll also have regular opportunities to attend technical, business skills and personal development activities - including conferences, courses, lectures, networking, mock assessments, revision sessions and social events - which compliment both your practical experience and meet the theoretical requirements of We were awarded the Times Graduate Employer of choice for Property for the 20th year consecutively, which highlights our excellent training programme, which is bespoke for each pathway. You will have an APC supervisor and counsellor who support and guide you throughout the two year training programme. They will discuss your training and experience needs at regular progress reviews, ensuring you receive the support you require.
